Summary:
I started riding age 4 and came up through Pony Club and competed mainly Show Jumping as a teenager. On leaving school I spent 18 months at the Yorkshire Riding Centre where I gained my BHSAI and II, and became interested in eventing. I then ran a riding school for about 8 years, after which I changed it to livery and began eventing. I have brought on many horses from unbroken youngsters to Advanced and 3*/4* I have also coached many riders who have then gone on to compete at a high level. I have throughout my career Coached at Pony Clubs, Riding Clubs, Colleges and many local private yard where I hold regular clinics in all aspects of riding and to all levels of rider/horse, I have been a Coach for the BE Under 18 Northern Area Team for the last 8 years and I love seeing riders of all ages progress, meet their competitive goals and most of all have fun.
